Our culture

Botswana Public Employees Union (BOPEU), a duly registered trade union and recognized by employers as a bargaining agent for its members has resolved to establish a labour College. BOPEU organizes members from the Government as well as organisations where Government has financial interest, such as Parastatals. BOPEU has established a College to offer Labour and Employment Studies, which is the first of its kind in Botswana. We present here the founding strategic foundations of the College (vision, mission and values), College objectives, structure and functional roles and responsibilities of the Board, Associated Management Committees, College Executive and Job Descriptions of selected key executive positions.

Our student resource Center was established primarily to support students in their learning. This center consists of a full furnished library, a computer carrel, a reading carrel and a journal section
