A significant number of organisations in Botswana receive costly compensation orders from the Industrial Court and High Court due to management failing to comply with the law and good practice regarding disciplinary matters. This in turn impacts negatively on the image of such organisations as well as labour relations and productivity. The deficiency is not knowing how to handle discipline in the workplace. ENROLL
