Today more than ever, good corporate governance is essential in a world where we have seen that financial crisis, fraud, corruption and mismanagement exist in some of the world’s largest corporations. However good governance practices can be implemented in order for the leaders and managers of these organizations to understand the concept and raise awareness to the importance and implications of good governance.
