Institute for Labour and Employment Studies (ILES) is a labour institute registered by the Botswana Qualifications Authority (BQA) in 2017 as an education and training provider. The aim of the institution is to empower the working population with relevant education and training with a strong research on related areas such as labour studies, labour law, work ethics and employment issues.
