Rationale

Develops the capacity of leadership and shop stewards to improve service quality, covering their role, labour relations, governing statutes, dispute processing up to the Industrial Court, and how it differs from High Court litigation.

Purpose

Equip union leaders and shop stewards with the basic skills to effectively represent the union in negotiation and engagement with management.
