ILES offers both full-time, part-time (block release) and online learning

INTAKE

ILES has 2 intakes in a year, (January and July intake).

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS FOR CERTIFICATE IN PARALEGAL STUDIES

To be eligible for admission to the programme, a candidate shall;

DIRECT ENTRY

• Be in a possession of a JC with a pass in English or BGSCE/IGCSE/HIGCSE or equivalent

MATURE ENTRY

• For mature age entry, an admissions panel will consider an application to pursue the qualification. In the determination of the application, the panel shall take into account all qualifications, the age of the applicant and the motivation by the candidate for applying for the qualification. This will include recognition of prior learning (RPL), in which work experience plays an important role.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS FOR DIPLOMA IN LABOUR LAW

To be eligible for admission to the programme, a candidate shall;

DIRECT ENTRY

• Be in possession of BGCSE/IGCSE/HIGCSE or equivalent, including a credit in English Language. (A minimum of 30 points from your best 6 subjects).

OR

• NCQF level, Certificate V in law or related area from any recognized institution obtained with a minimum classification of a credit, or an equivalent qualification.

MATURE ENTRY
