Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) is particularly a useful course for participants involved in conflict management departments or non-adversarial dispute resolution in relation to labour matters and commercial settings. The course focuses on the three main dispute resolution methods; arbitration, negotiation and mediation. It introduces the basic principles and techniques of dispute resolution methods in areas of labour relations, construction contracts or international commercial transactions.
