ILES with its experience and capabilities on labour and employment related matters and annually carries out a labour conference in Botswana after realizing gaps in the region for engagements by stakeholders. The labour conference hosts a network of more than 300 local and international participants who are essential in engaging on labour and employment trends and conditions to inform policies. The labour conference is guided by a theme and thematic areas that motivate discussions in the form of Speakers, Moderators, Panellists and other distinguished participants.
