Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) provides and empowersย organisations, employees and individuals with skills, awareness and knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety related legislations and workplace safety best practices as required by law and regulators.
PURPOSE
This course therefore will equip trainees with adequate necessary knowledge and skills that enable them to create, monitor, contribute and maintain a healthy and safe working environment.

Appreciate basic legislation relating to the promotion of health and prevention of diseases at the workplace
Manage, organise, design and implement health and safety at work
Apply risk prevention techniques at work

Put in place necessary plans to reduce workers and customers risk, essentially now in relation to the COVID-19 pandemic
Develop a workplace Infectious Disease preparedness and response plan
