RATIONALE

It is indisputable to argue that strikes have an effect on theย workers and the general economic well-being of a country. Usually, an organization may lose business working hours while workers may lose pay due to absence of from work. It is for this reason that employees and employers must know how to deal with strikes. This course is intended to equip learners with rel- evant skills for managing strikes.

PURPOSE

The aim of this course is to equip participants with basic knowledge and skills to manage strikes at their workplace.
