The Institution consults on specialised and targeted labour and employment contexts, through the Research and Development Department extending a consulting service of helping other organizations and institutions both in the public and private sector achieve their full growth potential by tackling a diverse range of labour and employment organizational matters. The Institute also offers consultation through private mediation and chairing of disciplinary hearings.
